Dave Stenberg Real Estate Site

Dave grew up on the North Shore of Boston and graduated from Franklin Pierce College in 1975. He began his real estate career in 1976 at Keystone Resort Colorado. As the director of real estate operations, he was responsible for the marketing and sales at a major destination ski resort.
Dave moved back to the Boston area as a vice president with a prominent real estate company in Eastern Massachusetts in 1985. In this capacity he was responsible for brokerage activities on the South Shore and Cape Cod. Then in 1990 he formed a group at the Bank of New England to supervise the management and disposition of bank owned properties (REO). In 1997 Dave came to Hammond as a senior vice president.
